When an order is placed it is shipped within 24-48 hours.  Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail with a link to your order tracking information.  

 

 

 

USPS First-Class Mail (Ground) = FREE shipping on all orders!!

USPS Priority Mail (2 Days) = $10

USPS Express Mail (Next Day) = $15 

 

 

 

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for $10 unless Express is requested for $15.  Free USPS First-Class Mail does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. 

 

 

 

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail or USPS Express International Mail.  A signature is required upon delivery for all international orders.  LindsayLou.com is not responsible for taxes, duties, import or customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local customs office.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For details regarding your specific country, please contact your local customs office.  Free USPS First-Class Mail does not apply to orders being shipped outside of the US. 

 

If you refuse delivery for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any taxes, duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred as well as the return shipping costs.  These costs will be deducted from your purchase price and a credit would be processed for the remaining balance.
