Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Lindsay Lou. Should the need arise for you to return or exchange an item the following is the Return/Exchange Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@lindsaylou.com.

Prior to returning any product purchased at Lindsay Lou, you must contact us at returns@lindsaylou.com of your intention to return or exchange an item. All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt. Below is the policy for returns or exchanges.

Any item purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund.*
Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Please note: If a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, the item(s) purchased are considered sale, and can only be returned for a merchandise credit.
Clearance items (items marked more than 50% off) are a FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns should be sent to Lindsay Lou Returns, 6107 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite C-14, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250.
All returns should be insured for the cost of the merchandise. Lindsay Lou will not be responsible for lost packages.
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition and must have the original tags attached.
Once a return has been accepted, a credit will be issued to your credit card for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. Credits to credit cards will only be issued for full price items. If your return was a sale item, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code, emailed to you by LindsayLou.com once the return is received.
In the event your return is denied for any reason, the seller will return the merchandise back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Lindsay Lou.

* Lindsay Lou does not accept returns or exchanges on Belts, Bathing Suits, or Lingerie. Handbags, Jewelry, Leather Goods, and Shoes may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
