Do you have sizing information?

Yes, we have specific sizing information on all products in our store. Please live chat with us or if it is after live chat hours, please contact us at customerservice@lindsaylou.com and we will be happy to provide you with measurements and specific fit information.

Do you take orders by phone?

Yes! Please call us at 480-443-2522 and ask for Lindsay or Ashley. They would both love to help you place your order over the phone!

I live in Scottsdale...can I come and try the items on?

Yes! Come on by the boutique! We love meeting our customers and would love to help you shop!

When will my order ship?

Lindsay Lou Boutique ships Monday through Saturday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?

After your order is placed and shipping is confirmed, you will be emailed tracking information you can input at www.usps.com to track your package.

I need my order fast! Do you offer Priority or Express?

Yes we offer both. For your item to go out Express that same day, your order must be submitted by 11am MST.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, Lindsay Lou Boutique ships internationally. At checkout you will be able to choose your desired shipping method, First Class International or Express.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been made it cannot be canceled. However if you need to change the size and we have stock we will accommodate your request. To send changes please email us at customerservice@lindsaylou.com.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Arizona.

Can I return my item?

Yes you may return your item. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information.
