Lindsay Lou, a now well known and highly regarded shopping destination in Scottsdale Arizona, is a contemporary women’s boutique with a fashion-forward approach to style. Since its opening in August 2005, Lindsay Lou has caused quite a stir with its unique rustic interior, featuring vintage crinolines and delicate dresses paired with cowboy boots. Fashion-lovers of the Valley have been abuzz with excitement over Lindsay Lou’s refreshing take on classic style. With its warm, inviting atmosphere and a collection of designer clothes previously unseen anywhere else in the valley, Lindsay Lou quickly became one of the top shops for residents and visitors alike. The Arizona Republic recognized Lindsay Lou and named it the “Best New Boutique in 2005” and the following year Lindsay Lou was recognized as carrying the “Best Designer Clothing in 2006” by Citysearch.

Owner, Lindsay Ebbert, a lifelong artist, began her career in fashion by working for Lucky Brand Jeans while she attended college at Arizona State University. Lindsay, relying on her experiences at Lucky Brand, applied for and was granted an internship with top designer Betsey Johnson in New York City. She gained great insights into the fashion industry and had the honor of working with Betsey Johnson herself. Lindsay’s longtime experience working in management for Lucky Brand, coupled with the knowledge she gained working side by side with one of New York’s top designers, led her to create one of Scottsdale’s most fabulous boutiques – Lindsay Lou!

Lindsay Lou, a childhood nickname of owner Lindsay, sparked a flurry of interest as others who share the name frequently stop in for pictures, Lindsay Lou tees, and jewelry. Others stop in for a special dress that they saw photographed on a celebrity or on the runway, and still others come by to browse the always evolving collection of clothing while listening to great music and enjoying conversation with familiar faces.
